...keep moving foward

my life for the last year has been measured two weeks at a time. the clock has ticked again - it has been two weeks already.

what a two weeks it has been. thank you all for your prayers; without you i doubt it would have been tolerable. i have been really roughed up the last two weeks. this new chemo regime is pretty stout. let's hope that it is pretty stout on the cancer as well.



tomorrow, i will start my second round with irinotecan (with avastan added for good measure). i appreciate your prayers for me tomorrow and the coming two weeks. also, in the next 4 to 5 weeks i have several work projects that need to be completed. i have been finding it difficult to keep on track with work the last several weeks. i pray for God's grace at work, that i might be able to meet my responsibilities, that i may be a reflection of His light while doing so.

there has been much to be thankful for the last two weeks however. yesterday i got to attend a beautiful wedding of some great friends with some great friends. the time change and weather has allowed our thursday night exercise group to have a great time hiking and feeding ducks (and ourselves). and our tuesday night small group has been great as well.
